During a short initial phone call, they helped me understand the process for setting up payroll including Federal and State tax filing requirements. They offered me a free live demo of the payroll website but it was so intuitive and easy, I ended up not needing the demo. After that, I get an email once a week and the employees get paid. They handle the tax deposits, returns, W-2s, direct deposits, etc. The process was stress free and after the initial set up, everything is automated. One less thing to worry about. I’m very satisfied with the service.
